Description:
 Have you ever found an arrowhead or flint-knapped tool in your yard, and wondered what it was made of or how it was used? Dan Coates, President of the Archeological Society of the Northern Chesapeake, will describe why certain shapes were used for specific functions, describe the local mineral resources that were available,and talk about what we can learn from these tools. Attendees are encouraged to bring an artifact of their own to compare with those on display. Registration is required.
