 Stop by the Chesapeake City Branch Library for Tween Tuesdays! On the third Tuesday of every month we'll feature a different activity, ranging from crafts to science and engineering. Join us for one or all of them! For tweens in grades 4-7. Registration is required. February's activity: Cold Weather Creature Crafts
