Description:
On the remote Indonesian Island of Flores, halfway between the jungles of Borneo and the Australian wilderness, legends of tiny human-like creatures of the forest were thought to be only native fables, until the true-life discovery of diminutive skeletons by scientists in 2003. When Dr. William Prins read an article about Komodo Dragon bones being discovered among adult human bones, his interest in herpetology and the dragons was renewed and he decided to research and travel to the actual site on Flores Island. The result is the writing and publication of his book, "The legend of the Ebu Gogo." Join Dr. Prins as he shares the fascinating story of this legendary tribe! Afterwards, Dr. Prins and local illustrator Dennis Daub will sign copies of the book.
