Fit and Strong!: Improve the Quality of Your Life

Fit and Strong! is an exercise/behavior change program for older adults with lower extremity osteoarthritis. The class includes 60 minutes of exercise along with group discussion/health education. Students need an ankle weight and a stretch band, which can be borrowed from the class instructor if you do not have these items.
