A social worker from Healthcare for the Homeless provides support for housing searches, benefits applications (SNAP, TCA, SSI/SSDI), medical and mental health referrals and more. A Maryland Certified Navigator is also available to assist with Medicare and Medicaid questions and enrollment support.
