Event Details

An interactive exhibit presented by the Space Science Institute. The exhibit is located in the public area of the Towson Branch of the Baltimore County Public Library and can be enjoyed anytime that the library is open. The exhibit includes: Visions of the Universe: Display panels commemorating the 400th anniversary of the use of a telescope by Galileo. Space Rocks: Asteroids and Comets: A Google-Earth powered interactive activity that explores the damage of an asteroid landing on your residence and an asteroid deflection game. Planet Families Touch Table: Create your own solar systems and explore the gravitational stability.
