Silberman discusses some of the unsung heroines and dangerous dames from her book Wild Women of Maryland: Grit and Gumption in the Free State. Some of the women discussed include Virginia Hall, a one-legged spy during WWII, and Sarah Wilson, a convict servant who pretended to be the sister of the Queen of England.
