Join us every Wednesday this summer for a unique program for adults. This week, Mira Tessman, MA, LCPC, an experienced vipassana meditation and hatha yoga teacher and a mindfulness-based clinical psychotherapist in private practice for over 20 years, presents an interactive program on meditation. Meditation is the practice of using various techniques to transform the mind and become more mindfully present in the moment. These techniques help develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity and a calm seeing of the true nature of things.
