Join us anytime between 9 a.m. and noon to get your blood pressure checked and take the prediabetes risk test. Learn how diet and exercise can reduce your risk of prediabetes, hypertension and stroke. Discover county programs for weight loss and blood pressure self-monitoring. Nutrition sessions are also available every half hour.
